Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 through 4 shall be confiscated from Defendant D.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, on March 23, 2016, sentenced a maximum of one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict), and on February 28, 2017, the period of parole was expired on March 24, 2017 in the execution of the sentence at Daejeon Prison. Defendants are members of the Daejeon District Violence Organization, referring to the “new Japanese wave” and are working for the Defendants.

On August 3, 2017, at around 04:45, the Defendants heard the awareness that the believers were sexual assaulted by the members of the “new sexual wave,” who were in hostile relations, from the members of the “new sexual wave,” which was an organization of violence that was in a hostile relationship, immediately returned to Daejeon area by carrying out the camping view, which was a dangerous object as a retaliation against this act, and used the “new sexual wave” group as the object of the crime, and had the intent to collectively commit a violence.
