A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around March 2013, the Defendant received marijuana by delivering approximately 0.5g of it to D without compensation, from the 3rd floor C Raba, Siri-si, Siri-si, Siri-si, Siri-si, and D, which was kept in custody by discovering and reducing marijuana in the vicinity of the Siri-si Common Cemetery in Siri-si, Siri-si, Siri-si.

2. Around April 2013, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that, in front of a hybrid set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant deducteds the tobacco plant from the tobacco plant, putting approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant in its inner part, added a fire, thereby drinking it by drinking the smoke.

3. Around 02:00 on February 17, 2014, the Defendant deducted the tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco’s tobacco plant from the street of the F funeral hall located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and smoked marijuana in a way that the Defendant collected approximately 0.5g of marijuana in its own, puts it into a f.5g, and smokes by attaching a fire to it.
