Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding the fact that Defendant A is not a narcotics handler, Defendant A dealt with the Metetop clop (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and stroke-m (the product name “ethyl content”) as follows.

A. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted with the name influor and the mobile phone app “F”; (b) transferred the price of KRW 4.50,000 to the above name influor by using an automation device; and (c) traded by means of collecting approximately 0.5g of the instant name influoron, which was concealed by the non-existence of the above name in the neighboring building of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan G Station around the same day.

B. On October 22, 2016, around 15:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 grams in the house of H202, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, by dilutioning approximately 0.05 grams into both sides, and subsequently, administered approximately 0.05 grams in the form of inhaleing opon into his hand.

The Defendant, who became aware of the Internet search, made a contact with the name influor and the mobile phone instant app “F” and intended to purchase the phone, sent the price of KRW 80,000 to the above name influor by using the automation device, and sold it on November 1, 2016 by collecting approximately 1g of the penphone, which was concealed by the above name influor around 06:00.

(d)

On November 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the house of H 202 H 202 B in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; (b) decided to administer philophones with B; (c) added approximately 0.05g philophones to the single-use injection machine; and (d) injected B by means of dilution with the Defendant’s arms.

E. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant administered ethyl 1/2 with water at the house of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, H 202, around early 13:00, and ethyl melts 1/2 with strokes containing strokes.

2. Although Defendant B is not a narcotics handler, Defendant B is not a person dealing with narcotics, the following Metepha (one philopopon; hereinafter the same shall apply).
