1. On January 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) lent KRW 30,00,000 to the victim C at the notarial office of the first floor of the building in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; and (b) from February 6, 2015 to the victim C, the Defendant borrowed KRW 30,000.

The transferor shall not raise any objection to the transferee and transfer the leased deposit to the transferee, and shall not raise a civil or criminal objection to the transferee when the transferor is unable to pay the borrowed amount by the date indicated in the Special Agreement column.
