The statutory interest rate under the main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., of which the statutory interest rate is reduced from 20% per annum to 15% per annum, is partly dismissed as the provision on statutory interest rate under the main text of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is enforced from October 1, 2015.
