Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in the wholesale and retail business of household goods with the trade name of “D” in the Gi Government City C and D, and the said LiveB Co., Ltd. is a company with exclusive sales rights, including the right to use trademark, patent, photograph, and copyright materials in Korea from the C and D, U.S. corporation around 2009.

No person who violates the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act shall commit any act of causing confusion with another person's goods by using another person's name, trade name, trademark, or container or package of goods, or any other mark identical or similar to another person's goods, which is widely known in the Republic of Korea, or by selling, distributing, importing, or exporting goods bearing such a mark;
