1. The plaintiff's primary claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. (i) From around 1998, the Plaintiff promoted a plan to operate multi-family housing by changing the use of the religious site owned by the Plaintiff from 1998 to Do, E, and F Religious site (each of the above land is specified as its parcel number). From 2001, the Plaintiff promoted the change of the use of each of the above land through the Defendants, and did not obtain permission for change of the use from the military market.

B. On January 18, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with Dopo-si to sell D and E land and its ground buildings for approximately KRW 26.8 billion, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above two parcels of land on May 26, 2006.

Consolidated City is operating as English education facilities, etc. by removing the above two parcels of land and newly constructing G, etc. on the land.

B. On February 23, 2006, the Plaintiff gave money to the Defendants (i.e., KRW 1.7 billion to the Defendants. Of them, the amount equivalent to KRW 1.35 billion to KRW 1.35 billion was divided by Defendant B and KRW 350 million.
