A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Damages, is the owner of C Coina.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on May 19, 2017, the Defendant operated the Banb on eight occasions in total, including the operation of the Banb, which was not covered by mandatory insurance in Daegu-gu P on May 19, 2017, from that time until November 23, 2017.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph 1, driven the C Coindo without a driver’s license, as described in the foregoing paragraph 1.
