Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2019, around 21:10 on July 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) asked the police officer, etc. belonging to the Ulsan District Police Station Down Police Station, etc., who was dispatched by the Defendant after receiving a report of 112 that the Defendant would not pay a taxi fee; (b) stated the above E as “the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, face,” indicating the E face, “I died, if any, on the old, on the part of the Defendant.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on crime prevention and criminal investigation.
