Punishment of the crime

B From the end of November 2012 to the end of January 2014, 2014, B ordered by the Busan Regional Land Management Office and was a site manager of “D” construction site performed by C Co., Ltd., and Defendant was the E Co., Ltd.’s manager who supplied tin and tin to C Co., Ltd. from the above construction site.

In order to make the Defendant’s tin supplied by the Defendant as if supplied from F, the Defendant: (a) delivered to B a sample sample delivery box in the name of F Co., Ltd.; (b) around May 2013, the Defendant: (c) sent I and J from the above construction site office to B; (d) made I and J enter “17,25”; (c) in the vehicle number column, “K” and “K, April 3, 2013; and (d) at the bottom of the invoice delivery book, the Defendant arbitrarily signed and sealed I et al. as if he were supplied by F, as if he were supplied by F; and (e) made I and others arbitrarily signed and sealed B from May 2013 to November 20, 2013 in the name of F Co., Ltd.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to offer 592 copies of the invoice delivery in the name of F Co., Ltd., a private document on rights and obligations without authority for the purpose of uttering. Around that time, the Defendants exercised forged private documents by allowing each of them to be kept at the above site office at the construction site.
