The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months) of the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. It is recognized that the Defendant appears to have led to the confession of all the crimes of this case and against the mistake.

However, in full view of the facts that the Defendant had been punished several times for the same kind of crime in the past, the amount of damage caused by the instant crime is a large amount, the absence of agreement with the victim, and there is no change of circumstances that may otherwise determine the age, character and conduct, environment, motive, means and consequence of the instant crime, and the circumstances after the instant crime, etc., the lower court’s punishment appears to be within a reasonable and appropriate scope, and it cannot be deemed unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
