1. The Defendant (Appointed) B and the designated parties indicated in the annexed list of the designated parties are jointly and severally with the Plaintiff KRW 78,884,675.

The parties-selected C worked as the president from March 10, 1998 to February 16, 2010 at the Plaintiff’s treasury, from June 1, 2004 to March 31, 2010, from June 1, 2004 to March 31, 2010, from June 28, 2004 to November 16, 2010, and from May 8, 2006 to April 16, 201 to the Appoint E, respectively.
At the time of October 2006, when the loan of this case was executed, the loan execution procedure by the Plaintiff’s Treasury was conducted through the method of appraising the collateral upon receipt of an application for the loan by the loan officer and obtaining approval from D, Defendant B, and the Appointor C through a resolution of the loan deliberation committee based on the data.
Plaintiff
A credit cooperative shall grant non-party F a loan of KRW 150 million on October 23, 2006; the loan period from October 23, 2006 to October 23, 2009; the loan period of KRW 50 million on December 13, 2006; the loan period of KRW 50 million on December 13, 2006; the loan period of KRW 130 million on December 13, 2006 to the household general loan period from December 13, 2006 to March 13, 2009; the loan period of KRW 150,000,000 on the mortgage (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant loan”); the following maximum debt amount of KRW 305,00,00,000 on the G building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “G real estate”). As a security, the Plaintiff’s credit cooperative created a mortgage registration of KRW 300,000 on October 239, 29, 20006.
In receiving a loan application from F for the above KRW 150 million, E, a person in charge of loan, was provided with a trust appraisal report (Evidence No. 22, hereinafter “the instant trust appraisal report”) stating that, on October 18, 2006, the said appraisal corporation requested a trust appraisal to conduct a trust appraisal on G real estate owned by F, a collateral, and received a trust appraisal report (hereinafter “instant trust appraisal”) from the said appraisal corporation with the content that the appraisal value of G real estate is KRW 60 million.
However, the above appraisal corporation is underground in G real estate.
