A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:30 on February 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) caused obstruction of performance of special duties; (b) caused damage to public goods by drinking on the street in front of the Cheongju-gu, Seowon-gu, Seowon-gu; and (c) prevented the Defendant from driving a H Haststa car, which the Defendant was on the Cheongju-gu police station’s living safety; and (d) prevented the Defendant from driving a Hasta car, a slope belonging to E District; and (b) demanded the Defendant to set off the Defendant a car with the windows of the Defendant’s driver’s seat lowered from the patrol car with his left hand; and (c) started the said car, which is a dangerous object, led the victim, and led the victim to the accident, such as a landing tension for treatment for about two weeks; and (d) caused the Defendant’s 2nd and the front part of the 2nd and the front part of the 8th car, such as the Defendant’s labing car.

2. On February 15, 2015, at around 04:26, the Defendant: (a) driven a H rocketing or other car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 15 K 0.169% in the direction of the river located in the non-presidential area of the same city on the same day and around 04:30 on the same day after the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) was passed from the street in front of the Han-gu Donsan cafeteria-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant driven a H rocketing or other car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 15 K from the 1
