A and B Imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months, 1 year, and 10 months, respectively, shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the defendant C.

Punishment of the crime

1. The representative of the Defendants’ joint-use vehicle sales company organized and operated with the Defendants: mid-term management policies (one name “the team leader”; Defendant C); Internet advertising material management policies (one name “agency”; Defendant D; one name “TM”; and the field sales member (one name “on-site”; Defendant A and Defendant B); and divide the roles of the Defendants into several participants; “the team leader is in charge of managing and selling employees; “the team leader is in charge of operating and managing employees; the store operation and price management; the customer (hereinafter “victim”) who wishes to buy the vehicle at a price much much less than the actual market price; and “TM” should receive the above phone; and “the head of the team”, “the head of the team”, “the head of the group”, “the head of the household,” and “the head of the household,” should either cancel the contract with the victim or the one who received the payment for the vehicle at a price less than the market price.” The contract should not be seen as “the down payment or the one who received the payment for the vehicle from the victim.”

In violation of the Automobile Management Act, Defendants C, D, and A are persons registered as employees of G Motor Vehicle Trading Business Entity in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and No motor vehicle dealer shall make a false or exaggerated indication or advertisement on a motor vehicle that he/she intends to intermediate the sale.

Nevertheless, according to the above public offering, from G located in the Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around May 25, 2016, the Defendants secured a QM3 used vehicle, which was not owned as a material, on the Internet used vehicle sales site.
