A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 22, 2018, at around 18:25, the Defendant driven a B B B Poter, and proceeded to a scambal police station on the front side of the B B Masung-gun road. However, even if he had a duty of care to safely drive on the front side of the B Masung-gun road, he failed to take necessary measures, such as rescueing the victim, even though he was negligent in driving a vehicle for pedestrian aids on board the victim D (79 years old and female) without neglecting the duty of care to safely drive on the front side of the B Masung-gun road, the Defendant died of the victim due to the 21:25 years old on the same day.
