Punishment of the crime

On November 21, 2015, from around 22:30 to 23:08 of the same day, the Defendant entered the main points of "K, which is operated by the victim J (5 years of age, 55) in South-gu I at the port," and obstructed the victim's business for about 40 minutes, such as putting the male guest life who is not aware of his/her name that he/she had performed drinking at the main points of the note, and putting him/her about 5 minutes of the time, and destroying the beer's disease on the floor of the table.
