1. Basic facts

A. On September 18, 1973, the network D, the Defendant’s put to the title trust and C fishery license acquisition (1) obtained a fishery license (hereinafter “C fishery license”) stipulated as “(10 years from September 19, 1973 to September 17, 1983,” with respect to the fishing ground of 60,000 square meters listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant fishing ground”).
