Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2014, around 23:37, the Defendant driven a BM passenger car with approximately KRW 1.5 km from the road of 210 father-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si to the road of 107-1, the end of the same Gu to the road of 107-1, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with blood alcohol content of 0.134%, and BMW passenger car.
