Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in custody of 14 textile diversing machine with a market price of 130 million won at a factory located in Spocheon-si B, and one fiber diversing machine with a market price of 4 million won at a factory located in Spocheon-si C.

Enforcement Officers D of the District Court attached the said goods at the factory of the above defendant on September 12, 2013 and attached a seizure mark on the said goods, based on the original copy of the decision of seizure of corporeal movables, No. 2013No. 6361 of the above court upon delegation of the execution of the creditor Hancheon Steel Co., Ltd.

However, on September 13, 2013, the Defendant removed a seizure mark attached to the above Textiles 14, and the Textiles Drier, and exported it to Vietnam.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the attachment indication that a public official performed in relation to his duties.
