The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On May 10, 2006, at around 21:31, 2006, a violation of vehicle operation restriction, and around May 12, 2006, the penal provisions applied to a summary order subject to review on May 12, 2006, lose its retroactive effect in accordance with the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, and thus, the Defendant is acquitted pursuant to the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
