Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is also a driver of a car in CCo.

The Defendant: (a) around 17:48 on 15, 2017, around 17:48, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the front side of the bus by using the above vehicle, which is a dangerous object for three times, and intentionally stops in front of the bus, and caused the said bus to have the rear part of the vehicle driven by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying dangerous articles, destroyed the bus to require an amount equivalent to KRW 769,778.
