A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative D of C, which is the B Association B education agent, and the defendant was a person who attended B courses from the representative D of C, which is the above company.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to public offices for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.
