Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2015, the Defendant driving at around B (0:30) 20:20, B (20:30), and then, the Defendant turn to the left from the runway to the tunnel of the transmission tunnel.

Since the signal, etc. is installed at the above intersection, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents by complying with the signal and properly manipulating the steering right and the steering system to the person engaged in driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the injury of the victim C(D) who was under duty to turn to the left on the face of the air at the front of the tunnel of the transmission tunnel, in accordance with the new subparagraph, by having the victim C(D) 125cc U. S. c. 125cc U. c. c. at the front of the driver’s seat of the said fluor, thereby causing the victim to suffer injury to the victim, such as brain fluencing and fluoring, requiring four weeks of treatment.
