1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, and Defendant C, as Defendant C, KRW 39,558,024, and each of them from August 9, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 5, 2016, Defendant B entered into a contract with D (hereinafter referred to as D) for the construction of a factory on the ground of E with the price of 311,000,000 (Additional Tax Table) and the period from December 15, 2016 to February 28, 2017.

D around that time, D around December 15, 2016 subcontracted the construction of reinforced concrete to the Plaintiff with the period of KRW 149,00,000, and the period from December 15, 2016 to February 28, 2017.

The plaintiff completed the above construction work.

B. On December 5, 2016, Defendant C awarded a contract for the construction of a new factory on the G-based F and G ground price of 320,000,000 (Additional Tax Map) with D on December 15, 2016 during the period from December 15, 2016 to February 28, 2017.

D Around that time, D around December 15, 2016, subcontracted the construction of reinforced concrete to the Plaintiff with the period of KRW 170,500,000 and the period of February 28, 2017.

The plaintiff completed the above construction work.

C. On April 15, 2017, the Plaintiff directly received a contract by Defendant B with the period from April 15, 2017, for additional construction works to cover 11 million won for the fireproof concrete packaging and retaining wall construction works in addition to the above factory, and for the period from April 15, 2017 to April 30, 2017.

(A) At that time, the Plaintiff submitted a quotation (Evidence A4) according to Defendant B’s request for additional construction, agreed on the additional construction, and completed most of the aforementioned additional construction works.

The details and costs of the additional construction made by the Plaintiff are landscaped site, concrete packing 2,417,174 won, vegetation 4,55,942 won, and other appurtenant construction (refluence 8,461,034 won, 14,189,915 won, 740,099 won, 740,017,616 won in total, and 33,381,780 won in total.

In addition, among the factory construction works of the above defendant C, the plaintiff submitted a quotation (Evidence A5) according to the defendant C's request for additional construction, and agreed on the additional construction and carried out the additional construction, and most of the additional construction was completed.

The details and costs of the supplementary construction made by the Plaintiff are retaining walls and reinforcements.
