Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2016, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven a car with Centent alcohol in the section of about 3 km from Ulsan-gun B, Ulsan-gun to the 2nd to the same side while under the influence of alcohol with 0.198% of alcohol content.
