Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2017, at around 13:28, the Defendant driven a C-F freight vehicle without a driver's license from around 500 meters away from the road in the 51-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the road in front of the mutual insular end, to around 81-gil, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
