1. The Defendant’s written apology and disposition that the Plaintiff rendered on September 17, 2018 shall be revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
(a) Plaintiff, E, and F, including the status of the parties, are those who were enrolled in the second year of D Elementary School at 2017.
B. On August 19, 2017, there was a dispute between the Plaintiff, E, and F, among the Plaintiff and E, who had toy guns in G apartment Hdong in Songpa-gu Seoul (hereinafter “instant playground”) around August 19, 2017.

(1) The Defendant received a request from the instant autonomous committee for a resolution under Article 17(1)1 of the School Violence Prevention Act (hereinafter “the instant first autonomous committee meeting”).
