Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:00 on 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) asked C, the operator of the said female, to go her while receiving a report from 112 on the said female, and (b) requested the victim E to explain the situation from the victim E, who was called out after receiving a request from the victim E, affiliated with the D police station of the Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station, for explanation of the situation, the Defendant insultingd the victim by “the victim” while the said C and his name cannot be identified.
