After the Defendant made a monetary call as above, the kitchen knife (30cm in total length, 17cm in length) in the kitchen, and went to the public parking lot in front of the F commercial apartment. At this point, the Defendant left the kitchen knife in front of the F commercial apartment and knife the Defendant’s head in front of the F commercial apartment. At the same time, the Defendant knife the Defendant’s left chest, the upper part, the left side side, the face side of the victim’s head, and 2 times in front of the victim’s head.

As above, the Defendant tried to murder the victim's body six times with the kitchen knife, but did not achieve the intent of murdering the victim.
