However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Criminal facts
On December 24, 1985, the defendant and the requester for an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months to imprisonment for a crime of bodily injury resulting from indecent act by force, at the Gwangju High Court, on December 24, 1985. On July 11, 1986, the Jeju District Court sentenced life imprisonment for murder, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 9, 1986, the sentence of the suspended sentence was invalidated, and on August 15, 200, the imprisonment for life was reduced to twenty years by special reduction, and the execution of the final sentence was completed by the Gwangju Prison on November 28, 2008.

1.
