1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A and F are jointly and severally liable for 500,000,000 won and the period from December 1, 2005 to February 28, 2006.

1. Facts of recognition;

3. When entering into the above credit guarantee agreement, the non-party company determines the amount of the guaranteed debt and the amount of the non-party fund after the date of subrogation.
