A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2014, the Defendant was driving a C interviewed Car without obtaining a driver’s license from a non-exclusive place to a point 274.6 km in the direction of Seoul in the Taedong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon.

2. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car of the C Dostoo loan (accident post-accident).

At the time and place specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant driving the said car without obtaining the driver's license as above, and driving the said car at a speed of about 100 km from Daejeon as a new shotison, depending on the three-lanes.

The Defendant: (a) destroyed the rear back of the above interview loan, and the body has set up to the right, and (b) turned over two-lanes in front of the right part, and stopped on the expressway with the front part of the D Driving’s Eschton car running two-lanes; and (c) the said vehicle stopped on the expressway.

In such cases, the defendant has a duty to take measures to ensure safe and smooth traffic by preventing and removing the danger and obstacle to the expressway traffic.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not take measures such as destroying the front part of the Fexton car and moving the accident vehicle out of the expressway so that the amount equivalent to 6,655,838 won of the repair cost is required, but runs away without taking such measures as moving the vehicle out of the expressway.
