Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates an entertainment drinking house under the trade name of "Dnooman" in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City C Do.

No one shall sell harmful drugs, etc. to juveniles, and the owner or employee of a business establishment which is prohibited from access by juveniles shall verify the age of access by juveniles and prohibit juveniles from entering the business establishment concerned.

Nevertheless, at around 02:50 on October 24, 2013, the Defendant, without verifying the age of E (16 years of age) a juvenile who had been a guest, sold alcoholic beverages, which are harmful to juveniles, by allowing the juvenile to enter the said sing room-to-door by guiding the juvenile to enter the sing room-to-door 3, and from that time until 05:20 on the same day, by allowing the juvenile to sit together with the 1st of both weeks (opto-ice, 130,000 won) and the 130,000 won in name-to-be room.
