Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 9, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor in the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and on December 17, 2011, the judgment became final and conclusive on December 17, 201 and is still in the grace period.

In addition to this, the Defendant, as well as the crimes set forth in 1-1, 2, 6-13, 15-26 of the attached Table 1-1, 24,095,00 won, from 22 times until 16:28 February 28, 2013, acquired the total amount of KRW 24,00 from 22 victims.
2. Around January 9, 2013, the Defendant of the co-principal with G posted a letter “the coffeeer sell 600,000 won” at the PC room of Daejeon Tae-dong, Daejeon, and said that G would deposit the price to the victim J who reported it and sent it to the victim J who reported it.
