Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around June 2011, the Defendant came to know of the victim M with the introduction of the branch, and the victim took advantage of the victim's her husband's ties with his her her husband and took advantage of his her psychological power so that he/she can obtain money from the victim and use it for business expenses, living expenses, etc.
1. On June 30, 201, the Defendant committed the crime of defraudation of money: (a) at the victim’s house located in 501 U.S. NFC 501, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant will pay 500,000 won to the victim an office to hold the office for the instant officetel implementation project. It is expected that the Defendant will win a lawsuit currently in progress, but the Defendant would have to pay 400,000 won to the instant money.”
However, in fact, the Defendant was unable to repay his debt to the credit card company and became a bad credit holder around 2007, and there was no income since around 2009, and even if the Defendant paid dividends to the construction company in a lawsuit filed against the construction company by acting on behalf of the wife, the Defendant did not have the right to dispose of the said money, and even if he borrowed money from the victim without any specific property at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the said money
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 5 million won from the victim to the credit union account under the name of the Defendant as the borrowed money, and received 74 million won in total from the above date to January 20, 2012 from the above date and time to January 20, 2012 from the victim as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
2. On June 201, the Defendant committed a crime due to the unpaid payment of credit card bills, false statement to the effect that “If the Defendant lends the credit card issued under the name of the party to the victim so that he/she can use the credit card, he/she would pay the card price for each month.”
However, the defendant was unable to pay his debt to the card company and became a bad credit holder around 2007, and around 2009.
