The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

Nevertheless, the court below convicted this part of the facts charged, and there is an error of misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles.

B. The lower court’s sentence of unreasonable sentencing (eight months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. In full view of the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the lower court, the lower court determined that F did not grant the right to prepare a sales contract at a discount of 20% of the sales price, as stated in the facts charged, to the Defendant. ① Although sales contract can be sold more than the pre-determined sales price (138 pages of investigation records) due to reasons such as low sales record (Article 15(3) of the sales agency contract, investigation record 17 pages), the sales contract shall be prepared only as the contract payment is made by the victims (Article 3(3) of the sales agency contract).
