1. The plaintiff B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, M, N, P, Q, Q, Q, M, T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 21, 2007, the Defendant is a housing redevelopment project association which has obtained authorization from the head of the Dong-gu in order to implement a housing redevelopment project with the area of 31,579 square meters as the project implementation district of the Dong-gu, Busan (area 31,579 square meters) on September 21, 2007, and the Plaintiffs are the owners of the land,

(b) The process of authorization, etc. of a project implementation plan for the foregoing project is as follows:

Approval for the first project implementation plan on November 18, 2008 (AM announced by the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City on November 26, 2008): Approval for the second project implementation plan on May 24, 2010 (N published by the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City on June 3, 2010): July 23, 2012 (AO published by the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City on August 1, 2012): Approval for the second project implementation plan in this case: July 23, 2012 (AP published by the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City on July 10, 2013): July 2, 2013 (AO published by the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City on July 10, 2013).

C. From August 1, 2013 to September 14, 2013, the Defendant issued a public announcement of the period for application for parcelling-out to the members, including the Plaintiffs, for the application for parcelling-out, and notified the application for parcelling-out. The Plaintiff, AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AJ, and K filed an application for parcelling-out with respect to the housing portion, while Plaintiff AA, AH, AH, and AI filed an application for parcelling-out with respect to the commercial portion (hereinafter “the Plaintiffs”), and the rest of the Plaintiffs did not file an application for parcelling-out.

On June 7, 2014, at the general meeting of partners, the Defendant confirmed the management and disposition plan with the consent of 144 members, from among 165 members, and the head of the same Gu subsequently approved the management and disposition plan of the Defendant on September 19, 2014, and publicly notified it on September 24, 2014 (Public Notification A Q Q in Busan Metropolitan City, Dong-gu).

E. Meanwhile, on May 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased the land and buildings owned by the said Plaintiff from Plaintiff H, and purchased the said Plaintiff’s land and buildings from Plaintiff X on September 7, 2015.

F. Plaintiff R died on November 21, 2015, and the heir as Plaintiff C and the heir.
