The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is as follows: (a) the Plaintiff’s “Plaintiff” of the first instance judgment 7 pages 9 is “Defendant”; and (b) the date of the pronouncement of the instant judgment 7 pages 11 is the same as the date of the pronouncement of the first instance judgment, except where “the date of the pronouncement of the first instance judgment”; and (c) thus, it is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is justifiable, and all appeals against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed.
