Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 19, 2012, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sungwon District Court on January 21, 2014.

On June 7, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of approximately 100 meters from the 132-6 front of the Sinpo-Eup, Mapo-si, Gwangju, in the state of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.104%.
