A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, and no person shall cultivate, possess, possess, receive, transport, keep or use marijuana, as he/she is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant is growing marijuana from March 2017 to the same year.

5. Until December 26, 200, the Defendant’s residence located in Chungcheongnam-gun Hong-gun red-gun C cultivated 66 marijuana from a stable, followed by a vegetable garden.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On May 20, 2017, the Defendant, who was parked in the front of the above residence on May 20, 2017, smoked marijuana once by attaching the content of tobacco to the so-called so-called “main tobacco” in which the content of tobacco is unfolded from the Defendant’s D Poter’s freight driver’s seat and then filled in marijuana.

B. On the 24. 21:50 of the same month, the Defendant smoked marijuana once in the same manner at the same place.

At around 13:10 on May 26, 2017, the Defendant kept in custody of marijuana: (a) in a container in the above residence; (b) in a container in the ice air conditioners; (c) in a ice air conditioners; and (d) in a mari 357g of marijuana contained in the ground airbag; and (d) in the ice stuff, the Defendant placed 13.5g of marijuana in the said coolants; and (e) in a container in a spoched spoke, which is placed on the storage box of the said coolants, 57.3g of marijuana.

Accordingly, the defendant kept marijuana.
