Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2012, at the end of 19:00, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim D (Inn, 52 years of age) who was in an internal-related relationship to pay university school expenses to the Plaintiff; (b) made it possible for the victim to refuse the demand; and (c) made intimidation to the victim by saying, “I would tell the victim of an inhumane relationship by telephone to South and North Korea.”
