A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:00 on March 21, 2013, Defendant B: (a) expressed that, in the corridor No. 105 Dong-gu, a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, 105, 1305, the victim E, etc. of the apartment management office intends to refrain from the disturbance; (b) took a bath for the victim E, etc. of the apartment management office, etc. to remove the windows in the middle of the corridor, and damaged the glass window by placing them in his/her hand, thereby damaging the property equivalent to KRW 200,00 at the market price owned by the council of occupants’ representatives.

2. 피고인들의 공동범행 피고인들은 위 제1항의 일시장소에서 피고인 B이 소란을 피운다는 신고를 받고 출동한 F지구대 소속 경위 G 등이 사건의 경위를 청취하려고 하자, 피고인 B은 위 G에게 "씨발년아, 개 좃같은 소리하고 있어"라고 욕설하며 계속하여 소란을 피우고, 위 G가 피고인에게 미란다 원칙을 고지하고 현행범으로 체포하려고 하자 "이 개새끼들아 이거 안놔"라는 등 욕설을 하며 머리부위로 경찰관 G 경위의 머리를 1회 들이받고, 제지하는 경찰관들의 다리부위를 발로 5~6회 걷어차며 입으로 손 부위를 물어 뜯으려고 하는 등 폭행하였다.
