1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 230,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from March 27, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On February 4, 2009, the Defendants agreed to pay KRW 100,000,000 to the Plaintiff and KRW 130,000,000 to the Plaintiff by March 31, 2009, but did not pay it by the above date.
Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendants for the payment order with the Daejeon District Court Branch Branch No. 2009j1324 on March 27, 2009, the above court ordered the Defendants to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 230,000,000 and the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from April 18, 2009 to the date of full payment. The above payment order was finalized on May 2, 2009.
Nevertheless, the Defendants did not pay the said money to the Plaintiff until now.
