A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant 2013Hun-Ma526 decided to contact the person who prepared a notice to purchase the Internet NAV P bulletin board with the person who wants to purchase the said goods, and had the person pretended to sell the said goods and acquired the price by deception.

On November 28, 2012, the Defendant sent a notice to the victim AB, who wished to purchase Samsung NTNY N700G7C on the bulletin board, made a false statement as if the Defendant sold the above Not North Korea.

However, the fact that the defendant did not have the above North Korea, and there was no intention or ability to sell it by the old.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 1.4 million from the victim to the bank account (AC) in the name of the Defendant under the name of Gyeongnam Bank (AC), and received a total of KRW 62,64,500 from the victims over 148 times from August 29, 2012 to February 6, 2013, as indicated in attached Table 1.

The Defendant, “2013 Highest 748,” puts a false letter on the Internet NAV P P bulletin board, and, if people wish to purchase goods communicate, she can sell the goods as if they were sold and used to receive the price.

On January 18, 2012, the Defendant posted contact numbers along with a letter to sell “ct820 CD applications” on the above bulletin board at a sct820 sct. On January 18, 2012, the Defendant reported the contact details to the victim AD who contacted the Defendant, and made a false statement as if he/she sold the ct820 CDs.

However, the defendant did not have the above-mentioned agreement and did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant received 22,00 won from the victim through a new bank account in the name of the Defendant under the same day.
