1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant is a common ancestor Eul and is a clan comprised of descendants, and the present clan member is 18 children of J, K, L, L, H, O and G, who are children of the F, G, H, H, I and G, who were born between the deceased D and E on April 15, 1979.

B. On August 18, 2010, the Defendant held a special clan general meeting (hereinafter “instant special clan meeting”) and passed a resolution to distribute the clan property (including real estate in attached Form real estate indications) at the following rates in the presence of seven male members (A, H, I, G,J, K, and M):

C. Of the Defendant’s bylaws, the contents pertaining to this case are as follows.
