Reasons
A. Defendant’s clan
(2) The purpose of the clan is to protect the descendants of HJ I, the 22 years old descendants of HJ I, and to manage and maintain the property of the clan, and the plaintiffs are the members of the defendant clan. (b) The defendant clan has established the clan rules as the clan rules (established on April 5, 1969; hereinafter "the clan rules of this case") and amended them at the ordinary meeting of shareholders on September 6, 192 (hereinafter "the amended rules of this case").
The members of the clan of this case and Article 4 (Qualification for Members) of the clan of this case among the members of the clan of this case are members of the clan of this case, and those who form an independent household under the age of 20 or more among the members of the clan of this case shall automatically be admitted to membership or be registered at the plenary session. The election of officers under Article 9 (Election) shall be as follows: * The chairperson, vice-chairpersons, auditors, and vice-chairpersons shall be elected at the ordinary meeting and shall be admitted at the regular meeting. * The general secretary shall be appointed by the chairperson and shall be appointed at the regular meeting.
