1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of five thousand won.

The above fine shall be imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. According to the lottery tickets permitted by Defendant A’s government, the number of winning prizes paid or the total number of winning prizes paid is equal to the number of winning games or dividends given in the case where the total number of winning prizes falls under a given section by drawing up 28 (1-28), 5, 10, 100, 100,000 won per one ticket, and 150,000 won per day. On the other hand, there is a limit that the instant “frequency game” is possible to purchase only 1,00 won per ticket and 1,00,000 won per one ticket and 1,00,000 won per day, using the result of the “shorting game” prize, which can be purchased up to 3,00,000 won per day, and 10,000,000 won per day without limit of the amount of betting tickets, the instant “illegal game” is one’s head office in a certain area where the game is operated by the Defendant’s head office.

A person who intends to operate a speculative business that causes property benefits or losses by collecting property or property benefits from many persons and determining the acquisition or loss by an incidental method shall obtain permission from the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency, and no person shall open a gambling space for profit-making purposes.
