A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 3, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Incheon District Court, and a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime at the same court on February 24, 2014, respectively.

Around April 23:15, 2017, the Defendant driven a Cbe-c cruise car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.133% at a distance of about 2.2km from the front of the 3-frequency precious metal occupation 124, a 3th-ro, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seoul, to the front of the 124-ro, a 334 Do-ro, a Do-ro 11, a Do-ro, a 334 Do-ro, a 334 Do-ro, a previous road.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.

2. On April 4, 2017, at around 23:20, the Defendant: (a) did not comply with the request to 208 Ngnggngngggggggngggggggggngggggngggggngggggngggnggnggnggngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngngn

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the crackdown on drinking driving by using the above car, which is a dangerous object, and inflicted injury on E such as salt, tension, etc. in the part of the loss requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment.
