1. The defendant shall pay 36,877,429 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 28, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

B. The Defendant received the instant payment order and raised an objection, but the written objection only stated that the objection should be lodged against the payment order, but it does not clearly state the purport of the Plaintiff’s assertion as the cause of the claim.

In addition, the defendant did not appear on the date of pleading even after being notified of the date not by service by public notice, and did not submit a written reply or a preparatory document stating that the plaintiff's assertion is clearly disputed.

Therefore, the defendant is deemed to have led to the confession of the plaintiff.
