Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.142% among the blood transfusion around 23:56, the Defendant driven a 100-weight B low-water vehicle from the Do near the Hancheon-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the end-side road located in the Hocheon-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
